Lucinia has a wealth of experience guiding community leaders and business owners to success, and it all started with education. She has an Associate's of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Master of Science degree in State and Local Government Issues from the University of Maryland University College. Lucinia is also a graduate of the Women's Entrepreneurs of Baltimore program, and her schooling has helped her develop a number of core competencies, including:
